Teresa gives back to her industry by serving on the Manatee-Sarasota BIA Board of Directors, Chairwoman of the MSBIA Professional Women in Building, Florida Home Builders Board of Director, and Government Affairs Board for the National Association of Home Builders Professional Women in Building. Strong businesswoman and volunteer. Mother of two daughters and one phenomenal grandson. Making a difference, one job at a time!

JON MAST
A native of Sarasota, Jon has had a passion for construction and architectural detail since elementary school. A Florida Certified General Contractor, Jon has been involved in the building industry for over thirty-five (35) years. During that time, he and his wife Teresa have owned several companies in the construction industry doing business as a contractor, remodeler, land developer, architectural principle, designer and real estate agent. He is a Florida Certified Master Builder, holds a BA from Eckerd College, and an MPA from the University of South Florida. Jon has been happily married for over thirty-six years to Teresa, has two daughters, and is a newly minted grandfather.
